Dear Latte, it has been more than 2 years since you have joined your comrades at the Rainbow land. I hope you are enjoying yourself. In a few months, it’ll be your anniversary but I found one cute guinea pig that reminded me of you.

Trust me, you are still adored. I’m going to build a guinea pig haven complete with houses and lots of land to run around in. I hope you will join in when you get tired at Rainbow land. I think it’s called Rainbow land.
Anyone who has tried to take photos of their pets will know that they are not easy to take. Animals are easily distracted unless they have something to keep them occupied for the moment. It might look cute with some food in the mouth but when it’s always photos that include the pets eating, the photos are no longer fun to take.
Hence, I admire the following photos of guinea pigs captured with for the moment. Cute.

And finally, the movie made just for guines pigs.

After a long fight in attempts to save him, Latte has finally decided to join his comrades in GP Heaven. He was lying on his side when I reached home as if he was waiting for me so that I could see him one last time. I’m glad that I saw him one last time.
Since getting him, my family have showered love and doted on him. He knew who would give him food and who wouldn’t. After a few months of constantly talking and stroking him, he would let anyone stroke him except pick him up. It’s a common fear.

I’m glad to have him because he gives me a sense of responsibility. I was upset that he raised his head twice as if to let us know that he would be leaving. After that, he laid down and stopped twitching. I hope that Latte is in better place now.
Guinea pigs are cute but they hide their illnesses too well and I sent him for a vet check at the last stage. I wished I had taken notice earlier. Now that he’s gone, I have a new cat litter that is unopened while the new guinea pig food is opened. I’m thinking of what to do with them.

uploaded by BluROceaN] Latte’s getting more active now. He’s starting to sniff my fingers whenever they are within his reach. He nearly chewed my camera too! I must be thankful that he doesn’t chew my fingers. I wonder why he thinks that the camera is food. Must teach him to differentiate soon. Or else, he’ll be chewing everything I put in thinking that it’s food.
He’s still disturbed by the slightest noises made. The train passing outside my flat has made him jump most of the time too.

I have a new baby. It’s a guinea pig. It wasn’t my first choice because I prefer cats. However, I don’t have the space to keep it caged and I don’t like cats to be caged either. Here’s the 1st photo of it. Quite dark as I got it in late in the night.
